Scholarships

The purpose of the PA Dutch CVB's Hospitality Scholarships is to build and enrich the workforce in Lancaster County's hospitality industry by encouraging and financially assisting students. Scholarship awards begin at $500.

Requirements:

• Must be a Lancaster County resident or an employee of a PA Dutch CVB member property.
• College students: must be enrolled at an accredited college or accredited post-secondary school with a major in travel/tourism or related subjects. Must have completed one semester and/or six credits of coursework with a GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• High school students: must be a senior who is entering an accredited college or post-secondary school with a focus on travel/tourism/hospitality. Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

Successful candidates who meet the above requirements will be determined by a selection committee, which will then choose and conduct interviews with finalists.
