CRM Lead Tool Instructions

NEW V.I.P. Pass, updated 4.9.08
Throughout the year, the PA Dutch CVB will help coordinate personal FAM (familiarization) visits for tour operators, meeting/event planners, and reunion planners who wish to inspect various sites prior to their event or tour. Often the planner will visit properties on their own, without an escort from the PA Dutch CVB. On these occasions, the planner will present a V.I.P. Pass. Any property listed in the Group Planning Guide or Meeting Planner Kit should be prepared to welcome these special guests and when possible, offer complimentary admission to the planner and a guest. Please be sure your front line staff is familiar with this pass and are ready to welcome these special guests as they seek to learn more about our member properties to add to their upcoming tours and meetings in PA Dutch Country!

These lists will be updated monthly with the trade shows we are attending, and where opportunities exist to co-op with the Bureau. Meeting Planner Microsite
Reach out to a new market - meeting planners - via our new Meeting Planner micro-site, an enhanced tool for meeting and event planners featuring vital information they are seeking when considering a destination, including: venue details, services, special interest groups, destination guides, RFPs, images, leisure activities, directions, maps and much more! This micro-site is a new benefit to your membership, an avenue to reach a new market, and available at no additional cost!

You can participate by becoming listed as:

A meeting venue
A provider of exhibitor and/or event services


Become listed as a meeting venue.
The Meeting Venues section is not just for hotels with meeting rooms, but also what we've titled "Unique Venues." To qualify for placement as a venue, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Must be a member of the PA Dutch Convention & Visitors Bureau
2. Meeting space must be private, contractible space (common areas should not be included; only those which can be for private use by a group)
3. Meeting space must be able to accommodate a minimum of 20 people

If you meet the criteria, submit the Meeting/Event Venue Information Form (125 KB pdf)  to request inclusion as a venue on the site.

If you believe your property has the capability to provide services for corporate meetings and events, the new Exhibitor & Event Services page could be a great chance for additional exposure on our site. It's the perfect opportunity to reach out to a new market! To qualify for placement on the page, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Must be a member of the PA Dutch Convention & Visitors Bureau
2. Must be able to service a meeting with a minimum of 20 people
